FCSL has facilitated many clients through this process. The typical approach is to enable the client to establish where they are now, where they wish to go and how they are going to get there.
This is an excellent example of a service where our "approach" is crucial to success. As much time as is required is spent upfront to clarify client objectives for the meeting and developing the process that will be most effective in getting them there.
Organizations have different needs at different points in their existence. New organizations may well concentrate on different priorities than well established ones. Perhaps a client has to react to special circumstances that have arisen. Regardless, it is necessary to accurately access what the clients needs are and customize a process that will lead to a successful event.
Philosophically FCSL's experience has led to the belief that smaller, focused strategic plans are more effective.
