Our Approach

More than 20 years of experience has led to one core philosophical approach to doing business: spend the time upfront to make certain that you know precisely what the clients needs are and that both you and the client have agreed on those deliverables prior to starting the assignment.

Typically the process involved would be one of:

1. Verbal discussions with the client until the consultant believes he has grasped the clients needs.
2. Capturing those needs in a written proposal.
3. Having the client either confirm the accuracy of the proposed deliverables or clarify adjustments needed.
4. Arrive at a final proposal that has client approval, including fees.
